I hope our newsletter finds you well and coping with the restrictions of the Covid-19. Has it sent you stir crazy yet!
As of 1 June 2020 overnight travel restrictions have slightly eased with travel permitted within our states and territories. We are ready to take bookings. However, due to the shared amenities such as kitchen and bathrooms we are restricted to accepting either family or a couple; no group bookings at this stage. I believe that this may change in July. I will continue to keep you updated on this.
Clean Living
Together with our lovely cleaner, we have implemented additional cleaning and disinfecting practices and will be leaving a 24 hour vacancy gap between each booking. Our guests' health is our priority and this will give us time to ensure we are able to implement the new additional cleaning practices.
We provide contactless entry. Our key safe is available for self-check in and departure.
What's happening at Sabina on Little Myers?
I am so pleased to say that the construction of the apartments across the road have been completed since October last year. I am so glad to see the end of that. Peace at last and no more construction dust!
We have changed our internet provider and now have fast speed Wifi with iiNet. Together with our Smart TV and Netflix, this will provide a better service for all our guests.
A study nook has been created in our second bedroom. A good space for guests requiring extra work space.
About Geelong
Geelong is celebrating a very welcome announcement for the future of our region, as the Spirit of Tasmania confirmed they will be moving their Victorian port at Station Pier, Port Melbourne to Corio Quay, North Geelong in 2022. We look forward to working with our tourism businesses and the Spirit of Tasmania operators.
